I think this test would be a Body test, but could arguably fit under Harmony. It is basically one big assassination game.

Test of the Traveler
The test would start much like the Demi-pharaoh test would, in discrete blocks. Anyone signed up for the test at the designated time would automatically be in the test. Each person is given the name of another person in the test randomly. Each person has one other person's name, and they are the only person who can receive that name. Your goal is to find the person you have been assigned and click on them much like you would when you sign a legal petition. If you do, you eliminate them from the test and receive their target's name. The game continues until only X people are left, or possibly a time limit is reached. You score 10 points for every person you eliminate plus 1 point for every person already eliminated when you are eliminated (or the test ends).
Flexibility in passing
This test could easily be tweaked to allow an easy test that everyone can pass if they try (e.g Cicadas, obelisk). It can also be setup so its a very limited pass test like Demi-Pharaoh. If you wish to make it hard just play till 1 person is left and top score passes each time. If you wish more widespread passing, limit it to 1 week time frame and top 7 scores pass each week (with or without some kind of point carryover).
Misc Problems/ Scamming Issues
You definitely want the points from actually elimination to be fairly high compared to rank points to make running around and finding people preferable to hiding out; though hiding can be an effective tool in conjunction with eliminating people. Additionally, you need a minimum amount of time played per day (48 hours?). If your target does not meet this requirement you can petition at a university for technical elimination (possibly half points). It would be just as if you found the person and met them.
"Additionally, you need a minimum amount of time played per day (48 hours?)." ... and I thought I was addicted to the game ! - Siara.
Maybe that was supposed to be 4-8 hours? - Meidori.
I think it means "per day or maybe per 48 hour period"...or you could say per week or whatever. And possibly some other time requirement as well like "must have been logged in within last 24 hours to play" or something. ~Shivani
Opinions
Please feel free to place any comments about the test here.
I suggest that this test, if implemented, needs a more descriptive name than "Traveler." There are a lot of tests which require traveling, like Safari. I propose "Hunter" instead, as it gives more of the "assassination" flavor, although there may be something even better. - Meidori.
- It could be great...for people who are good sports, it will be a lot of fun. But others will be vicious. And there is, of course, the use of your social networks to find people. Teppy will love the inter-player conflict this would generate. ~Shivani
- Also needs something to stop those of us with 21 Speed/ 7 Dex from just outrunning the younger players or it just becomes "Advanced Cicaida". ~Shivani
- Lol advanced cicada. Hunt down that screeching noobie as they flee for their life! Does sound like a fun test though. One we played in college. I remember all the hiding out, jumping out of windows, and social networking and backstabbing that came along it. Problem is though with timezones and realistic play hours that I think most of the time the player I'm looking for will simply not be on. Then if they are, they obviously wont be displaying their coords on info any more, so if I don't know them, just how am I to find them? (using chat channels will kinda give away who you are) Finally I know at college even with no prize that many people chose to skip dinner rather than leave the safety of their rooms, I think in Egypt it may create some prolonged anti-socialism that may not be so desirable for us. "Want to acro party? No thanks, im busy hiding from everyone." - Martogh
- This sounds like fun but perhaps instead of hunting down the person, they can hunt a hidden "Ka" or spirit? OR anyone who partakes must be at a certain level, where most peeps will have the speed of 21, have acro done, etc. Dunno. A bit of reworking and additions may be needed, but I would certainly vote for it. -Philly
