Note that you must have the Gemcutting skill before beginning the Test of the Bijou.

Build a Scholar's Gem Cutting Table.

• 12 small gears
• 60 rope
• 6 cut stone
• 24 steel wire
• 6 white sand
• 1 Hornet's Wing Granite
• 1 Queen's Tomb Turquoise
• 1 Queen's Tomb Amethyst

Design a gem cut. Get people to play it. Pass.

You have the option to change the challenge cut gem but if you do you will lose any votes you have.

Disqualify from Judging

The Scholar's Gemcutting Table (and Venery when it is released) has a special option on the Utility Menu that allows you to activate a table but permanently disqualify it from judging. Setting up a disqualified table is a very cheap and handy way to practice your gem cutting skills.
