Wedding!!!
Finally Shira and me got married last night (2006-06-10). It was rather unplanned but it feels good to have been able to tie the knot as it is.
The Background
Shira and I are married in real life. So, when we decided to play this Tale together we set an ingame marriage as a shared goal. We've not been working too hard making it happen, but always kept an ear open for information on how to get those Small Diamonds we needed. Early in Beta 1 of Tale 3 we decided on which Altar we wanted for the ceremony: the one close to Seven Lakes School of Thought.
The Story
I was busy in our shared compound, making bricks by the truck load, with chat tabs minimized for hotkeying. When Shira logs on, she asks what the discussion about weddings is about in the guild chat. Since I haven't got a clue, I read up on the chat and realise that a mass-wedding is being organised by Beth (who happens to have the two Small Diamonds!). Quickly we decide we want to jump at the opportunity, and I drop my work, and Shira changes her route. We had actually planned a more organised wedding with a party afterwards (maybe a dig party with food and pyrotechnics, etc), but we decided that the party can wait a few weeks.Beth and the other very generously waited for us to arrive, at the altar we wanted to get married at!!! Wasn't that a wonderful coincident? Here are some pictures from the wedding ceremony.

Wedding party
We will organise a wedding party. No date is set, but we are thinking a dig with dig food and nice fireworks and such nice thingies.
