I was having some conflicting values so I decided to do a few test. Using these settings, I made a beer "Potent Sweet Beer with a Hint of Barley" using 40L, 25M, and 50H all added between 1180 and 1178. My seal time is 1800 and according to the spreadsheet, I get an output of Cloying Potent Sweet Hint Barley

As you can see, the alcohol is off as well as Maltose and vitamins so I tried changing the VitCons to the T2 value of 0.328 and I get these results with the spreadsheet.

This seemed to fix some of the major numbers except for vitamins.. I'll continue the hunt :)
