Anok Fero's: Guild Upgrade

I am Pharaoh, or at least my name means that. But what if I was Elder AnokFero? Shouldn't I be able to create a Guild that reflects what I wish it to be? Shouldn't I have something unique in the guild, in which maybe says this guild has a dark and adults only feel to it? Maybe Elders are to be feared; while being respected at all times. Guilds too should have the ability to "announce" something within the guild.

From this envision a way to upgrade the Guild Hall so that Elders can start to customise their Guild may create excitement.

The Upgrades

1 An announcement is something in which you see in the Systems Channel. Where there is no indication who it came from. The Announcement could also be linked with the 'Text Colour' upgrade in which could see Announcements given a different colour.

In the text above a Guild Hall is considered to be anything that dosn't appear at the final level of the Camp Decoration improvement - the Castle. Continuation to this level would remove any feature that changes the appearance of the external Guild Hall - unless changes using the upgrade is founded by Pharaoh.

Examples

Text Colour

Text colour should be able to be settable by Rank. For example TheeXampleGuild has decided that unless you are an Patriarch or Elder you have the default text colour (black); while Patriarch gets a dark red colour, and Elders get a dark blue colour.

Announcements

AnokFero: TheeXampleGuild accepted the application from eXamplePlayer. Please welcome him to the Guild.
...: YAY; welcome.
......: Fresh meat!!
TheeXampleGuild has accepted the new application from eXamplePlayer, and has now been promoted to the rank of Associate for having a paid subscription.
...: Congrats on the promotion eXamplePlayer

The Bold text is the announcement.

Guild Hall Colour

No image created, think of the Compounds free colours and think that on a Guild Hall, less paint would be used (example 20 units) to tint the Guild Hall.

Paint works

No images created, think of statues in game and think that someone painted a 2d drawing of them on the guild hall. Maybe a Schools logo, or a picture of famous Egyptian symbols (Anka).

It's not instant

To make it hard, each feature should be a skill; with each level of skill being random - that is level 2 Guild Hall Upgrade, is different for each player. Thou each player can get all levels.

Or, if that is to mean (people dont like that for some reason). Each school that teaches it, has its own reason for being their, ie ART has the painting symbols onto the guild hall, harmony for coloured text (or should that be conflict :P)

Each upgrade needs a set amount of points for it to be enabled - the points are not seen by the player and each player should have the ablity to set how important this is to them with each level of importance giving different amounts. There should be upto three upgrades giving points at one time, at one or more guild halls. This way points can be shared with three guilds, which slows the process down, but can help if needed.
