This implies I swapped out a Position 5 Y instead of Position 4 and received an R instead of a G. This shortens the left-hand Gs and probably increases the right hand Gs. I'm going to redo this mutations with a 4/9 instead of the 4/10 I had hoped to have used (now clearly a 5/10).
