While locating falcon nests for the Test of the Safari, i've tried The Falcon Finder 2 (T3 map). It assume that each of the 8 directions (written in general when a falcon takes a rabbit, {N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W ,NW) covers exactly 1/8th of 360°, which is 45°. This is rather logical. It seems either this is not true anymore (I don't remember noticing that problem last tale), or either distance to the nest from which falcons starts to lie has been greatly increased.
