Sometimes laws are not always as good or as bad as the game has them enacted. For this reason I created this page in hopes to try and make them at least better in my view :-)

Departed Persons and Property Reclamation Act

This law reflects from the previous tales, and brought into effect thanks to Amnesus (Tale 2) and Squiranha (Tale 3). --- Individuals who have not donated their Buildings/Structures to any Guild need only met Section 1 of this Act. All Guild Halls and donated Buildings/Structures must met the criteria for Section 2 of this Act.

1) Individuals who have the following status:

   a) Player has the status of EXPIRED, and has not logged in for 20 days,
   b) Player has the status of QUIT, and has not logged in for 10 day;
   c) Player has the status of EXILED, DEAD, or otherwise forced from the game, and has not logged in for 5 days;
If the priror list of statuses are true for any Player, then the first active player that attempts a 'Claim' on the Structure/Building becomes the solo owner of that object, and has permission to use it as if he or she built the actual item.

3) Guilds ignore the above status of the player that built them, and rely on the Guild's Elders for testing against this Act:

   a) All members in the Guild are Elders and have a status of 1-a, 1-b, 1-c; as defined by this act, and has not logged in for 30 days;
   b) All members including Elders and non-Elders have a status of 1-a, 1-b, 1-c; as defined by this act, and has not logged in for 45 days;
If either of the listed items above is true, then the Guild Hall becomes eligible to be claimed under this Act, and is able to first Claim the Guild Hall, then any items that was donated to the Guild.

3c) A non-Elder member in any Guild has an additional 15 days over the normal allocated time given to Elders [30 days] to claim the Guild Hall. Only on the 31st day can this happen. On the 45th day anyone including those not already in the Guild, can claim a Guild Hall and are instantly promoted to that of Elder Status within the Guild, and may treat the Guild Hall as if they had built the Building themselves.

4) Only those with an active paid account are allowed to claim any Structure/Building, and must be a Citizen for Egypt. Peasants or Trial Users are not able to Claim items regardless if checked objects are eligible to be claimed.

EXCEPTIONS:

5.a) Any piece of Art work can only be torn down if the status is eligible for Claiming as defined in Section 1, and also has a 20 negative vote higher than positive votes.

5.b) Any piece of Art work that does not met Section 5 part b of this act, can be torn down provided it has 75 negative votes higher than positive, and only by those appointed by Game Developers and/or Appointed people by Egypt (example Demi-Pharaoh).

5.c) Mentor's Sacelum can only be torn down after a period of 50 days and has an account status listed in Section 1. Materials used in building a Sacelum can be salvaged using the Salvage Technique skill. Decrees are not salvageable under any level.

5.d) Any Tests that require large buildings to be built and last a certain amount of time should be able to claimable under this Act. For example the Obelisks built for the Test of Obelisk. This is only true if the item or object in question has serviced its purpose, and is no longer, in the lead for that region or when stated by the Test Egypt as a whole. The building player must met Section 1 for account status for this to be eligible. No materials used to build such items or buildings will salvageable at any level.
