Fruity Dry Brown Beer, bold Herbs, bold Banana

Tested using Y50 at 1310, -4180. Seal at 1000.

Beginning: 30 Dark Malt + 30 Dark Wheat
End: 30 Honey

Notes: Upping the honey could probably make it Potent with few consequences.

Yeast Research Notes-to-Self

Y49: Interesting Wheat flavor results; 3 flavors close enough to auto-muddle. Try adding Honey flavor to drown out the bottom two.
Y16: Pear flavor? Needs more testing, but an open-kettle wheat test at the Nutmeg spot in Kush yielded drinkable very high Pear beer.
