This law will allow the citizens of Egypt to brew teas and infusions in a kitchen.
Infusions can only be brewed out of herbs, honey and tree fruits (like dates); because of these limitations the infusions can be removed from a kitchen, unlike normal dishes, and carried around in bottles. Just like for normal cooking, each 7 deben of ingredients will produce a serving of infusion.
The infusions will either spoil after some time like normal recipes, or will have their effects (stats modification, duration) lowered after being bottled [whatever is easier to code].
