All tests were performed by sealing the barrel immediately upon entering the fermentation stage. 'End' ingredients are added in the last 6 seconds, and 'Start' as quickly as possible after starting the brewing.

I don't consider the lower quantity tests to be accurate enough to replace the data on the wiki yet. Going to wait until I have enough barley to blow on this before doing a 200 run of each. Just wanted to get rough working values immediately.
