There is really nothing so absurd
As the flavour of the Muttonbird
Eat it North, or eat it South
It tastes the best when it's in your mouth
Ashley Hawkes
Time for a bird hunt wouldn't you say. Follow the road the first direction mentioned. Don't know if you have ever seen a mutton bird before, but they are not that hard to spot if you know what you are looking for. They are fat ugly birds that prefer stout palms to rest in.
~
Nothing strange here, just follow the road north towards SBody, in one of the stout palms on your right side there is a fat ugly muttonbird. If you need cords click the link.

My period had come for Prayer—
No other Art—would do—
My Tactics missed a rudiment—
Creator—Was it you?
God grows above—so those who pray
Horizons—must ascend—
And so I stepped upon the North
To see this Curious Friend—
His House was not—no sign had He—
By Chimney—nor by Door
Could I infer his Residence—
Vast Prairies of Air
Unbroken by a Settler—
Were all that I could see—
Infinitude—Had'st Thou no Face
That I might look on Thee?
The Silence condescended—
Creation stopped—for Me—
But awed beyond my errand—
I worshipped—did not "pray"—
Emily Dickinson
The poem should give you a direction from here, find the prayers along the road and the thing they obey.

Continue along the road north, on your left you should soon see two straw people kneeling in front of a obelisk. Click on the link if you need the cords.

TROGDOR!!! TROGDOR!!
Trogdor was a man...
I mean, he was a dragon man!
uh, actually he was just a dragon
...um, but he was still
TROGDOR!!! TROGDOR!!!
Burninating the countryside
Burninating the peasants
Burninating all the people
and the thatched ROOF COTTAGES!!!
THATCHED ROOF COTTAGES!!!
and then Trogdor comes in the NIGHT!!!
StrongBad
Look for a "wingaling" dragon just a little east from SBody who has "lots of majesty" and consummate "v"s to create "teeth spiketies" and "angry eyebrows". He has a "beefy arm" coming out of the back of his neck for "good measure".
Find the shrine of conflict and you will find the dragons fire.
~
Now if you have problems finding the statue you could look at the wiki for cords to the conflict shrine just east to SBody, or.. you could look here.

If there is light in the soul
there will be beauty in the person
If there is beauty in the person
there will be harmony in the house
If there is harmony in the house
there will be order in the nation
If there is order in the nation
there will be peace in the world
(Ancient Chinese Proverb- Author Unknown)
There is order in the nation just north of SBody.
~
There is harmony in the house, then there is order in the nation so look inside the house just north of SBody and you will find...

A lake and a fairy boat
To sail in the moonlight clear, -
And merrily we would float
From the dragons that watch us here!
Thy gown should be snow-white silk
And strings of oriental pearls,
Like gossamers dipped in milk,
Should twine with thy raven curls!
Red rubies should deck thy hands,
And diamonds should be thy dower -
But fairies have broke their wands,
And wishing has lost its power!
Thomas Hood
Go straight west from here and you will surely find what holds the next poem.
~
In the first lake to the west you will find a little ferry boat, if you need cords, click the link.

maggie and milly and molly and may
went down to the beach(to play one day)
and maggie discovered a shell that sang
so sweetly she couldn't remember her troubles, and
milly befriended a stranded star
whose rays five languid fingers were;
and molly was chased by a horrible thing
which raced sideways while blowing bubbles;and
may came home with a smooth round stone
as small as a world and as large as alone.
For whatever we lose(like a you or a me)
it's always ourselves we find in the sea
E. E. Cummings
Go south from here over hills and valleys and look for the horrible thing molly found. (about 250 cords)

The elegant Cactus danced with vim and vigour
But he did look lonely and barren
He danced like Zorba the Greek
His dancing emptied the room
Only the flowers remained
There beauty had a certain tolerance to pain
He would have more friends
If he didn't needle people so much
People viewed him as being a real prick
People said he was a man for all seasons
Water would never be his best friend
He loved the dry touch of the sun
It heated his internal spring
Camouflaged his prickly skin
Hid his feeling within
Allan James Saywell
By finding the cactus and the flower you you will be near the end of the road.
~
Look for the closest road and where it starts/ends, just next to there is a barrel cactus and a lily of the sea. If you need the cords click the link.
(originally it was planned for the barrel cactus, but they are bugged when it comes to venery)

Beginning is the end
For existence is essentially
The transience sandwiched between
Nothingness and sheer emptiness
Contradicting, complementing
Events flow, propelled by
Unceasing catenae of thoughts
That results life - rather existence
Thoughts, longings, deeds become memories
Some to be forgotten, the rest to be cherished and ruminated
When yesterday's tomorrow becomes today's today
Past become a memory and memories accrue
Only certainty is the uncertainty, where
Beginning leads to ending and vice versa
In this systematic chaos I am a finite string of dots
That forms a time line(circle?) from the beginning to the end
Ranjith Wijekoon
Now you are on your own my friend, solve the clue, find the end.

Return back to the venery post to finish.
