THE GREAT ELEVATION MYSTERY
- Papyrus produces seeds at elevation. Given this elevation check, I will determine differences in viticulture at a papyrus-seed elevation.
- Chest for wine aging location at 916 -4092 in Kush. Papyrus dried at this location gives 1 seed per 5 papyrus.
- Current goals are limited to bottled wine only. Experiment will place identical bottles of wine at Nile elevation and at papyrus-seed elevation.
- Future goals include tending vines and bottling wine and how elevation impacts them.

Because of the differences in tasting wine on any given day, it's hard to say yet (at the 1-vintage mark) whether or not there's a difference in how a wine ages given different elevations. Additional notes and time are required.
