Free Peoples Society
My Bureaucracy end on Year 2, Akhet-IV 15, running to completion. To the People of Egypt I would like a give a public “Good Job” to all the members of my bureaucracy, Free Peoples Society. We ended with 172 members in total, a figure I must say I am very pleased with. They did a great job and I say Thank You. The final list of the people who took part is:

Epilogue
As one of my last acts on the organizer of this Bureaucracy I had asked for feedback from each member. Some chose not to give any thus far, but many did. On the whole this was generally positive. The two items that were mentioned the most often was it would have been nice to have a guild hall for the group, and that a larger pool of people from which to draw from for hires would have helped. I had considered a guildhall and rejected the idea for three reasons. First, is I wanted a more personal relationship with the members so that they could feel that they could talk to me and not be lost in the crowd. Second, I did not want to make a guild hall that couldn’t hold every member of the bureau, and I couldn’t afford to make a 200 person guildhall. Lastly, I did not want this to become an “institution”, it is my hope that if anyone runs a bureau with the same principles that they make it their own.
As far as my own feedback? I am overjoyed at the results of this, not just because I was able to pass the test but because I was able to bring to fruition my vision of bureaucracy. When it started I had thirty people who had said they would take part. I figured maybe we would pick up some more, top out around fifty or seventy-five members. That we ended with 172 members makes me very happy, and I give full credit to all the people that busted their hump and hustled up those members. Thank you again one and all for a wonderful bureau.

The Rules
- The beliefs that this effort was founded on are trust, openness, and inclusion.
- Trust: When I started this Bureau, I hired three people whom I trust and they then hired people that they trust. I have trust that the people who are hired, and then hire people will choose good people. There is no "approved hire list" nor is there a "no hire list", I trust the people to exercise their own judgement
- Openness: The Bureau is, and will be run in the open for all to see. There is no private guild page, so secret communications. Anyone in Egypt is free to observe what goes on.
- Inclusion: This Bureau is open to all people of Egypt who wish to take part and can abide by the principles.
- Hire good people
- That is the long and the short of it, the is no exclusion, no cutting people out because they don't belong, just hire good people.
- Keep this page up to date
- To know what is going on we have to have current information, we have to know who is taking part, so you have to keep this page up to date
- Scoring and Postition
- It is my intent to try to be as fair and balanced as humanly possible with the points that people acquire. To shift positions so that everyone ends up with a decent amount of points. However, take note that I will also try to favor those people who already have higher point totals in an effort to bring them closer to a passing score. Also please accept that it is not always possible for things to work perfectly, but we will try.
- The Buck Stops Here
- At the end of the day, this is my Bureau, started by me under my principles. Therefore, if anyone who is taking part has any concerns, issues, bad days, whatever, I am here to listen to you. This does not mean that I can fix everything, it does mean that I will try to make it right.

- La confiance: Quand j'ai commencé ce bureau, j'ai recruté 3 personnes ayant toute ma confiance, ces trois personnes ont fait de même. J'ose espérer que toutes les personnes engagées seront de confiance. Il n'y a aps de "liste de recrutement", je crois que les gens peuvent recruté qui bon leur semble en prenant leur responsabilité.
- La transparence: Il n'y a pas de page privée, ni de petits secrets. Toute l'Egypte peut voir ce qui se passe ici.
- L'intégration: Notre bureau est ouvert à tout ceux qui veulent participer, et ainsi passer les Principes.
- Maintenez cette page à jour.
- Pour savoir ce qui se passe, nous devons à tout moment savoir qui participe, donc mettez cette page à jour autant que possible.
- Scores et grades
- Il est dans mes objectifs d'etre le plus juste possible en ce qui concerne l'attribution des points. Nous echangerons donc frequement nos places pour que tout le monde termine ce bureau avec un nombre decent de points. Cependant, je priviligirais les personnes ayant beaucoup de points afin de leur donner une chance de passer l'épreuve.
- Réclamations
- Enfin, ceci est mon bureau, fondé avec mes rêgles. Cependant, si un membre a des remarques à faire, des problèmes ou quoi que ce soit, je suis à votre écoute. Ca ne signifie pas que je peut tout résoudre, mais je ferais de mon mieux.
