I make macros for myself and sometimes those macros can be used by everyone. Unfortunately because my screen resolution is 1680x1050 (widescreen) a lot of the macros I make won't work with the majority of people's screen sizes. Just so I don't have to say it everytime in my macro descriptions, EVERY macro I list here will have been designed using 1680x1050 resolution. If it doesn't work for you because your screen is not big enough, or you can't work out how to change the script, then sorry.. I don't have the time to make personalised adjustments to your script. Hopefully, the scripts I do list will be easily changed to suit your needs.

Also, these macro are all made using ACTool. I have no interest in other macro'ing programs, ACTool does everything I need.

Smelting Pot

This is the first macro I have made that can be easily changed, by anyone with half a brain, to work for their own screen size and amount of smelting pots. I originally started it with using 4 by 4 smelting pots (that's 16 total) but after I finished the macro, I then changed it so that two constants/variables could be changed to allow for ANY amount. Those two constants are:

PLEASE NOTE: This currently only works with Public or Guild smelting pots. I don't have any private smelting pots, so I can't get the correct offset but it shouldn't be too hard for you to work out if you are really desperate.

There are a few stages to the macro: 1. Setup (first time only) 2. Adding Charcoal 3. Adding Ore 4. Firing Smelting Pot 5. Everything is removed from the smelting pot.

Setup:

  1. Stand within reach of all your smelting pots AND the chests you want to get your Charcoal and Ore from, and put Metal into.
  2. Grab the charcoal and ONE type of Ore. (If you grab more than one ore type, you will make the menu sizes change and the macro will not work.)
  3. (Bug Fix Step 1): Either add 1cc to each pot, or grab another type of ore to increase the size of the menu.
  4. Pin all of the smelting pot menus you want to use on the screen.
  5. Make sure all smelting pot menus are dragged into the very top-left corner of your client window for first-time setup.
  6. (Bug Fix Step 2): If you grabbed an extra ore type, put it back before starting the macro. If you put extra cc in the smelting pots, you can just leave it there. It will be taken at the end of the macro.

Start Macro:

  1. Before you start the macro, change any of the variables you need to. For example, the amounts of smelting pots you are using.
  2. If you have already run the setup part of the macro, change Setup value to 0 so it doesn't try to move the menus into position again.
  3. Start the macro.

Hopefully I haven't left anything out.

A Few extra notes: To see how much screen area you will need, start by doing the setup steps 1 to 4, then drag all the menus next to each other. If you can only fit 3 rows of 4, then that means you will need to set PotsWidth to 4 and PotsHeight to 3. Also, as I am using the 23cc to 93 ore rule for Fire&Forget firing, you can use the amount of Charcoal (or Ore) you have left and divide by 23 (or 93) to find out how many you can fire. For example, if you have 218 Charcoal left, you will only be able to fire 9 smelting pots, so you will need to have 3 by 3 smelting pots.
