Good day Egypt.
The ones amongst us that have Grandparents who lived in Egypt may have head a story...
This story is about a man named Emmanuel.
There was nothing special about him, he was a man like any other man.
He posed challenges to the hardiest of egypts desciples.
The most notable were;
Sheree, his representative of Art and Music,
Jodpar, his representative of Leadership,
and Jezebella, his representative of Architecture.
I could not find records of any others.
Emmanuel recieved many insults for his challenges to Egypt, and i noticed; most of the reasons against his challenges were selfish.
But alas, my point:
I shall put forward my own challenges.
My challenges may be similar to Emmanuel's, but they are not the same.
Mine have... darker.... hardier aspects.
Our ancestors knew my grandfather, and his views.
I have been brought up on the same views. Like my father before me.
I will propose my own challenges in due course...
Architects, Artists and Musicians, Explorers, Harmonisers, Leaders, Thinkers and Worshipers...
Be ready.
Architects of Egypt.
You join in the discipline of using tools and resources to build great and impressive structures.
So it seems logical, that, the best architect would be able to use the most tools and resources to create the larges structure.
I put this challenge forward to our architects of Egypt;
Build an obelisk at the location, (596, -6077 in Khartoum).
No monumental towers.
Just one obelisk.
And place a chest in front of it.
Fill the chest with resources to build another obelisk.
But do not build it.
Label the chest with your name, transfer it to me, then /chat me and let me know.
The name on the label of the chest with the resources to build the highest Desert Obelisk will be declared my representative of Architecture.
The prize... The reward...
Each participant, will get 1/10 of all the resources,
Or if there are more than 10 participants the number of participants will be the denominator.
If anything remains, it will be split between my representative and The Goods.
One Soul Participates
Egypt.
A week ago I posed a challenge to the architects among us.
In that week; many obelisks were erected, and many chests constructed.
However,
Only one obelisk and one chest were built for the purposes of my challenge.
Only one person took part.
Let it be known throughout Egypt,
Menket has become my representative of architecture!
Egypt thought i would steal the gathered resources, and i was appauled at that.
But maybe that would have been the better route...
For as only Menket participated, his prize is somewhat... less than expected.
Into his chest he placed; 21 bricks, 2 boards, 3 clay and 1 linen
So as his prize he recieved, 12 bricks, 2 boards, 2 clay and 1 linen.
and 9 bricks and 1 clay go in charity.
Was it Egypt's pride that caused it to not take part?
I shall leave that just now.
Alas Egypt,
My life takes me from our country and it’s ‘great civilization’.
I have duties elsewhere in this world.
In 2 days I will leave you.
But do not rejoice.
I shall return soon.
