The chariot system is Egypt's mass-transit system. Each chariot stop is linked to other nearby stops, and you can travel between them at any time, using accumulated travel time. However, every so often (a random amount of time, usually less than 20 minutes), travel to the next chariot stop will be free for a period of one minute.
