Clearcutting is a skill taught by the University of Progress.
Any person with the skill may clearcut a tree for 250 times the base wood produced by that tree (before any modifiers from axes or pyramids). A clearcut tree appears barren of leaves and branches, and will take one week to recover before it can be harvested for wood normally again.
