Let it be known that the region known as the Lake of Reeds, located in the northeast corner of Egypt, is a large and fertile land with many permanent residents, five Great Universities, and with yet more development still underway.
This region was not included in Devalin's law "Regional Areas" and thus currently exists without a legally recognized name.
Therefore, it is proposed that the name "Lake of Reeds" be applied to the region bounded by (3450, 6000) in the southwest and (4990, 8196) in the northeast.
