Pyramids
Pyramids, buildable in many sizes, are a cornerstone of Egyptian culture. In the First Telling, completing a pyramid was one of the Tests of Architecture. This is no longer true in Tale 2, but pyramids are still useful in other ways. The smallest type of pyramid, the Pyramid of the People, can be rigged with a Set's Ladder puzzle for the Initiation into Thought. Larger pyramids (up to the first 7 built of each type) provide blessings to all Egypt, and also unlock the ability for Egypt to build even larger ones.Pyramids are made from Tooth Limestone blocks which can be found by prospecting for them in the desert -- see Finding Limestone Blocks for a guide on how to do this. You need to find enough blocks for your pyramid type, push them to and load them into a pyramid construction site, then consecrate the pyramid to complete it. In order to fully build a pyramid, you will need all seven levels of Pyramid Construction (skills page shows what the individual levels do, if you only want to help out).
Pyramid Types
Presently we are able to make only 5 types of pyramid. Last telling they eventually unlocked 6 types of pyramids. Once Egypt builds 7 of a particular pyramid type, the next size becomes available. Currently we are able to build the following types:

Pyramids Last Telling and Conjecture
Our Tale 1 ancestors eventually unlocked six sizes of pyramid. Given Teppy's love of the number 7, one could speculate that a seventh, larger type existed, but was never revealed because insufficient Pyramids of Many Wonders had been completed by tale's end. This hypothetical 7th pyramid type has been included in the following chart as an extrapolation of the previous numbers. For more information see: The_Test_Of_The_People's_Pyramid.

The Monument of Architecture of Telling 1 was a Pyramid of Many Wonders which had been decorated further with various types of marble, gems, and treated boards.
Pyramid Construction Skill
There are seven levels of the Pyramid Construction skill -- one available at universities of each discipline. (Each new type of university you learn the skill from will increase your level by one.) Level 7 is required to consecrate a pyramid, while lesser levels are required to assist with the various construction steps.
