Welcome Banner
A Welcome Banner is a beacon for new immigrants to enter Egypt. New players can get a random listing of enabled Welcome Banners, and are allowed 21 free jumps to either banner or player locations. A Welcome Banner only stays enabled for one hour (thanks to a
law), and you should be prepared to welcome the new immigrants while the Welcome Banner is enabled, and should also be available to give advice/help.
The attraction radius seems to be equal to the visibility radius of 76 coordinates.
