The Mining Association - Pharaoh's Bay (-980 7690)
The MA's goal is to place Enhanced Miners and Non-EMers together to mine cooperatively, in order to achieve huge metal yields quickly. However, not a single deben of metal will be extracted at the cost of purity: 100% mine purity will ALWAYS be retained.
As a testimony as to how well this system can work... We mined for approximately two hours with one EM miner, and 4 non-EM miners. We repaired a slightly damaged mine, and without food, each walked away with well over 300 iron each, and a few hundred Aluminum. No effort involved.
We aim to use the tables below to match EM and non EM-Miners and organise spontaneous and planned events, where we can get together and get some insane yields!
Member Details
Notice that for each level of EM pulling on a mine, one non-EMer needs to pull in order to circumvent purity loss. Ideally, we'd like enough people at an event that a single EM miner can be on high END food and mine for everybody, with the rest of the team working to keep the purity stable. Failing that, if the EM puller is outbalancing the non-EMers, we'll stick them on food to keep the mine balanced. Should be very easy to moderate with a bit of planning!

Organised Events
As part of the initial testing of EM, two mines in PB were seriously damaged, and as a result flax growth is hindered in the area. Could I request that Non-EM miners take a bit of time to help with repairs? There's a very good mine (alu level 1, iron level 2, iron/tin level 4) by PB Sbody, I believe it's currently on 91%, and a mine at approx -1220 7770 at ~50%. Dirt
There is an area set up in Pharaoh's Bay at approx -1200 7850, where the whole area is superb on level 1 for dirt. Feel free to use the mines there on EM for huge yields, or build new mines in the immediate area. There are also facilities to smelt, so as to gain the dirt from rocks which might otherwise give gems - an increasingly common solution to 'wasted' huge cluster counts.
