Amendment to the DPPRA
Anyone with an account listed as "Trial" may not use the tear down or claim option of the Departed Person Property Reclamation Act.
Reasons are as follows:
1. A lot of times this will be another wait to clean up crowded areas and make Egypt look better.
2. This prevents someone from making a quick trial account and logging in with multiple characters and later using the "fake" trials to give the item(s) to them.
I saw this happen when 2 people logged on right as the Act was enacted and claimed things and logged off when done. They have not been on since.
