The Good Egyptian Maintenance Act by Balthazarr
Any Egyptian should be able to help their neighbor in time of need by assisting in the maintenance of compromised compounds.
This act would allow everybody to help maintain useful and possibly remote compounds that lack cornerstones.
Under compound "Ownership...", "Permission for Repair..." would be added. All existing compounds and the default for all new construction would be "Public Repair"
In a publicly repairable compound, anyone would be able to access the "Maintain this Compound" menu and add to the materials list.
The act would not grant access to the "Abandon Maintenance" option to any persons who did not already have access prior to this acts enactment. Only building owners and higher level guild members would be able to "Abandon Maintenance" and only to compounds that they normally would have access to.

Chaque égyptien devrait pouvoir aider leur voisin à maintenir leurs ateliers.
Cette lois permettrait à chacun de réparer les ateliers qui n'ont plus de pierre d'angle.
Dans "propriété" de l'atelier en question, "permission de réparer" pourra être activer par le propriétaire, ainsi les autres joueurs pourront réparer cet atelier.
"Abandonner les réparation" sera aussi dosponible pour le propriétaire, ou les membres haut gradé des guilde, pour faire en sorte que l'atelier en question ne puisse plus être réparer par n'importe qui.
