Public Kitchen Usage by FoxKids
With the apearanse of more and more timeconsuming and larger tasks around the lands, good food is becoming more and more important. Unfortunatly as the food requirements are getting higher, the complexity of cooking is also getting higher. And we have to face it: Cooking isnt for everyone. This presents a problem when large groups either in guilds or public needs food. Problems souch as:
* Double clicking (due to lag or accident), wasting good (and possibly expensive) food
* New people not understanding exactly how it works, eating multiple times
* Griefers eating all the food or emptying the cookpot
To deal with these problems and to encurage public cooking we propose the following to be put in effect:
* A chef may set a meal to not be eaten twice by any single Avatar within a minute
* That we are able to set permission for cleaning out cookpot
* Public kitchens may only be cleaned out when empty or food is spoiled to allow efficient use of kitchens at mines etc

The law Public Kitchen Usage introduced by Foxkids is now in effect...
Part of the law was already in effect (having to do with permission levels for cleaning out cookpots)...
But there is now an option on Kitchens' Utility menu to prevent people from eating from the kitchen more than once per minute.
Utilisation des Cuisines Publiques par FoxKids
Avec l'augmentation des tâches demandant du temps, la bonne cuisine devient de plus en plus important. Malheureusement, la complexité de la cuisine va aussi en augmentant. Et nous devons nous y faire: la cuisine n'est pas pour tout le monde. Cela présente un problème quand de grosses guildes ou groupes ont besoin de cuisine:
* Double clic (due à un accident ou un lag), gaspillant de la nourriture bonne (et peut etre chère).
* Les nouveaux ne comprennent pas de suite comment ça fonctionne et mangent plusieurs fois.
* Des empecheurs de tourner en rond peuvent déliberement manger toutes els portions.
Pour rêgler ces problèmes et encourager les cuisines publiques, nous proposons ceci:
* Un cuisinier peut activer une option permettant qu'une même personne ne mange qu'une fois par minute.
* Une option permettant de limiter l'accés au nettoyage du récipient.
* Les cuisines publiques ne pourront pas être vider si la cuisine n'est pas vide.
