Marital Property Law by MardukXIII

In as much as Egypt has no concept of divorce, it stands to reason that all property of either spouse is therefore the property of both. When a person becomes widowed, title to all property of either spouse should logically revert to the survivor. It is our belief that said property should NOT fall under the DPPRA, and that some form of notification should be given to the survivor listing the inherited property and its location.
