We, the People of Egypt, would like to have appropriate tools for managing regional and local affairs.
We, the Elders of Egypt, would like to have effective tools for determining the preferences of those under our stewardship.
We, the Masses of Egypt, would like our voices to be heard, without any need for shouting.
We, the Anarchists of Egypt, would like to live our lives unmolested by self appointed authorities.
When this Pulse of the People law passes, separate petitions will be presented for three new game features:
1) An appropriately expensive private voting booth.
2) An associated chat channel that may be joined by voting at the private voting booth, or by accepting a remote invitation.
3) ICE, an appropriately expensive substance without weight or bulk (like Tadpoles) that, when given to a member of the above chat channel, will overload them and then slowly melt while they are on-line.
