Donating Public Buildings Act by MarvL
On-going effect:
No building may be donated to the Public until it is 7 days old.
One-time effect:
When this law initially goes into effect, a minimum notice of 24 hours
shall be broadcast on System, with a countdown during the final hour,
so that players may plan accordingly.
Buildings that are Publicly Owned at the time this law goes into effect
shall revert to their original builder, usable by the Public. (Any similar
initialization procedure would be equally acceptable.)
If the original builder is an active player, they could immediately
give the reverted building back to the Public.
If the original builder is a departed person, the existing laws shall apply
to the reverted building.

Commentary regarding initialization of the law:
This law would facilitate the immediate recovery or demolition of
existing inadvertent public buildings.
If the owner of a truly important Public Building is a Departed Person,
interested parties would need to be standing by, at the time the law
went into effect, to claim the building and then give it to the Public.

Aucun batiment ne peut êntre cédé au publique avant 7 jours apres sa construction.
Lors du passage de la Loi:
Un préavis de 24 heures sera donné sur le canal "System", avec un compte a rébours pendant
la derniere heure, pour que les joueurs puissent se preparer.
Les batiments qui sont dans le domaine public au moment de la prise d'effet du loi seront
réversé à leur constructeur d'origine, utilisable par le public. (Toute autre système similaire
de mise en place de la loi sera acceptable.)
Si le constructeur origionnel est partie du jeu, la loi existant du DPPRA sera applicable.

Commentaire concernant la mise en place de la loi:
Cette loi facilitera la récupération ou la déstruction des batiments publiques non-voulues.
Si le constructeur origionnel d'un batiment public vraiement important est un joueur ayant quitté
le jeu, des personnes concernées devront se trouver à proximité au monent de l'application du loi,
afin de reclamer le batiment et de la rendre du noumeau au domaine publique.
