Pyrotechnics Research Act by Sedelyan
With the new focus on Pyrotechnics by many players, up to and including the recently-created Kaboom Pyrotechnics Emporium, it is without a doubt necessary to focus on the currently dearth of new stars in the repositories of our universities. As it stands, many of the new stars being introduced to these fine instituitions are extremely overpriced, bringing to the game a player-inspired difficulty, and many universities stand where new stars are /not/ introduced at all. This situation, at the very least, is without par in bureaucracy. And so, it is thata this act proposes the following solutions:
1) That no trial account may be allowed to receive a star laboratory from a university; and
2) That no account under the age of fourteen (14) days be allowed to receive a star laboratory from a university.
As the release of new pyrotechnic stars is partially caused by the creation of new accounts, which are then discarded with a star lab intact, this may hopefully help to resolve the situation.
