1. All current and future "storage facilities" shall be referred to as "Container(s)"
2. All of the following will be referred to as the "Owner(s)" of a specific Container
a. The owner for private containers b. The elders of the guild for guild containers c. The donating party as specified in 2a and 2b for public containers
3. All Containers shall have an optional upgrade known as a Logbook
a. The Logbook shall require resources as Pharaoh sees fit
i. The Owner may add a logbook to a Container
ii. Only one Logbook may exist on any specific Container
b. At time of creation the Logbook defaults all options to "on"
4. A Container with a Logbook does the following
a. The owner has the following options in the Utility menu
i. Turn on/off logging of deposits
ii. Turn on/off logging of withdraws
iii. Turn on/off open viewing of the logbook
b. Everyone has an option for viewing the logbook in the Utility menu
i. The Logbook is always viewable by the Owner
ii. If open viewing is on the logbook is viewable by anyone who can use the Container
iii. In all other cases, permission is denied
c. The Logbook contains a maximum of 50 entries
d. All changes in the options for the logbook will be recorded in the logbook
e. All logging shall include player name, action, quantity, and item involved
5. If any part of this law is a tech vetoed, it is politely requested that Pharaoh contact the author and attempt to find a workable solution before it goes to the ballot
