Public Compound and Building Reformation Act by Teusou
The purpose of this act is to reduce the clutter created by public
buildings and compounds. Donations of buildings and compounds to
the public will still be possible, but will fall under certain guidlines.
1. According to this act, the donation of buildings and compounds to
the public will be restricted to the following rules:
A) Trail accounts cannot donate compounds and buildings to the public.
B) Compounds and basic buildings that are less then 7 days old cannot
be donated to the public, Basic buildings are apiarys, brick racks, chests
(excludings large and huge chests), drying racks and wood planes.
2. According to this act, public compounds will also have the following
regulation:
A) If a publically owned compounds protection is 0% for 14 days or
more, the compound and all of its associated buildings will be considered
abandoned, and will be able to be claimed or torn down by anyone.
Associated buildings are buildings that can only exist inside the
compound in question. This will allow public buildings to exist, if
they have a cornerstone, or are maintained by a guild or individual(s).
Comment from Niane: I do not agree aggre with rule B. Making buildings public is generous, and should not be restricted from them for a week. However, everything else seems to be in order.
