Public Building Information Act
From the time this law is enacted public buildings will inform players within range of the public building in the Main chat windows who has started a project, and who has taken a resource from a public building.
Format will be:
"Name" is making "item" at public "building name".
"Name" has taken "item" from public "building name".
Additionally players who wish to have this information turned off, an option will be available in "Utilities --> Chat Related" to turn off the Public Building Information.
