This law provides for the removal of offensive sculptures, and also seeks to improve the quality of art near Chariot stops.
1. Any sculpture with 20 more eyesore votes than interesting votes is deemed offensive and can be torn down by anyone.
2. Sculptures automatically become open for judging 7 days after construction, if not already open. This stops people leaving unjudgeable offensive sculptures.
3. Any sculpture within 25 coordinates of a chariot stop which is more than 14 days old can be torn down by anyone with salvage 1. This will give more people the opportunity to pass art initiation near chariot stops, but will mean that only the best art remains there.
4. Any sculpture with 100 more interesting votes than eyesore votes shall be labled a 'Masterpiece' and cannot be torn down even if the owner quits, leaves or dies.
