The Tally section is intended to track how many more of an item is needed, and (when a location and Oracle sponsor is chosen) whether the items have actually been delivered.
The Individual Pledges section is intended to track precisely who is promising what. Organizers and haulers can find people who have pledged and contact them at need. With this, supplies can be stored by contributors (instead of centrally) until we have enough materials pledged to ensure the success of the monument.
If you can provide support of some sort (mixing paints, quarrying stones, cutting gems), list that in the Support section. Also, if you *intend* to provide something, list that in the support section.
If you actually have something stored at home, intended for the monument, update the values here, then add yourself to the Individual Pledges list.

Edit : Well, after all, the Cherry and Cinnamon seems to be much more tricky than what I actually expected. :D I am working on trying to find a site that could possibly do such a beer, but feel free to try on your own if you want, ie.
