Known Uses:

• Used by citizens (in quantity 7) who have decided to participate in the University of Architecture's Test of Towers when they wish to construct a "Hand of Man" tower.
• Used in the construction of a Ruby Decorative Torch.
• Part of the tuition for the Camp Decoration skill from the School of Art & Music.
