Breeding of non-native Flowers.
Each University which has Xenobotany open will give one strain of Ra Bulb. A given person can only get one bulb ever, so select which university to get yours from carefully. There is no cost to get a bulb. Bulb types by university:
The skill can be learned from the university, but is not teachable. There is no new option on kettles for people knowing Xenobotany.
This technology should almost certainly be opened in all regions. If you have a crossbreed that fulfils a requirement for another region, please help out. Flowers that fullfil higher requirements like 'Petals half Yellow' also count for lower ones, like 'Petals 25% Yellow'.
If you find that a flower type does not fill a requirement it appears to, please edit Sea Lily Bulb and the charts below to reflect this. (Example: the inner stamen of Vampire turned out not to be true red.)
