The Good Egyptian Maintenance Act
Any Egyptian should be able to help their neighbor in time of need by assisting in the maintenance of compromised compounds.This act would allow everybody to help maintain useful and possibly remote compounds that lack cornerstones.
Under compound "Ownership...", "Permission for Repair..." would be added. All existing compounds and the default for all new construction would be "Public Repair"
In a publicly repairable compound, anyone would be able to access the "Maintain this Compound" menu and add to the materials list.
The act would not grant access to the "Abandon Maintenance" option to any persons who did not already have access prior to this acts enactment. Only building owners and higher level guild members would be able to "Abandon Maintenance" and only to compounds that they normally would have access to.

My Chat Tab Nightmare - 460 Tabs... Once had 463 but did not screen dump :)
By making the tabs as narrow as possible, I can actually see the game, but I can only see less than 150 of all my tabs :)
