All a leader needs to do is convince a citizen to build them a chest with 100 metal in it, of any type. Iron, tin, zinc, aluminum...no matter how worthless the resource, it may have some use. Leaders may not build chests to themselves; it must be from someone else. When the chest is built, the disciple may place the chosen leader's name on it, then transfer it to Emmanuel. At the end of the competition, half the metal goes to the leader that disciple has chosen. The other half goes to the leader chosen by the *most* disciples. Finally, disciples may build to only one leader.
This competition will last only one week. (It will end on the 19th of February, at 11:59 PM, GMT-5:00.) The site for building is the Pharaoh's Bay, at the coordinates -982, 7632. The prize shall be a mentor shrine to the greatest Leader.

Citizens of Egypt. One week ago, I presented your leaders with a simple challenge: To gather votes from as many disciples as possible, each worth 100 metal. The leader with the most would win. Tonight the challenge is complete, and I will announce the winner shortly -- but not without a small amount of background.
I have watched your contests, time and time again. Demipharaohs, Cartouches, Hegemons -- all of which required little more than luck and a famous name.
Why? The votes were insubstantial. The rewards, however, were not. Citizens would quite happily place votes which meant nothing to them on a candidate who meant little more. So, a heavy hand was required for a contest of a true leader. I chose 100 of any metal; an amount which would not be attainable without at least a modicum of effort, and could nonetheless easily be lost without too much wringing of hands. And, indeed, 24 chests were built total.
A twenty-fifth chest was built, without even a donation -- and on top of it, a simple message from one who believes my choice of prize was...flawed. Why? What is a mentor shrine to me, who has encountered none who I need the help of? Why should it go to waste, in the sea of fluff and froth that is Leadership? Perhaps he felt my offering would be better built to himself, or that I follow HIS rules of Leadership rather than anyone else's.
How much greed would one person have? Why would this man, who has had more mentor shrines built than anyone else, desire that I follow his opinion in building my own? But, that is truly the curse of a leader...to feel that his opinions are more valued than any others. No matter.
In this challenge, the four leaders with chests built to them...
I would like to thank everyone for your support!! I was quite suprised to win since I had not intended to participate in this challange. My choice to receive the shrine is Toba.

Well-done, all competitors.
