Improved Reward for the Test of the Towers

Current situation

Right now, passing the test only gives you the ability to build the monumental towers but they do nothing at all, except looking good. By using similar concepts used in the test, we could add an effect to the towers which make them worthwhile to build them.

Design

Like the test itself, only one tower can affect a particular building/plant in the game. Unlike in the test, the range of the monumental tower is limited to 100 coords but like the test, it is limited by other towers in the same area. In it's area of effect, each tower will enhance something so tower placement will be very important, for example, you will have to plan with other monumental tower builders to get the most of each tower. Since now the towers have an effect in the game, their construction costs can be increased, at Pharaoh's discretion.

Implementation details

• In the "Utility" menu of each building/plant, an entry should be added and it will tell you which tower (type and location) is currently affecting the building.
• The ownership of the tower does not have an effect at all, a tower built by player A will affect a building built by player B.
• A building which was built after the tower will still be affected by the tower.
• Monumental Tower of the Rich Soil effect: Increases by 50% the chance that herb will be spawn in a vegetation spot.
• Monumental Tower of the Solid Land effect: Each time a cuttable stone, medium stone, red sand, gypsum or bauxite is spawn while digging, another one of the exact same resource will be spawn 33% of the time.
• Monumental Tower of the Hand of Man effect: Reduces the usage of charcoal in furnace, forges, casting boxes by 33%. This includes the starting cost as well as consumption per unit of time by these buildings.
• Monumental Tower of New Life effect: Increases the mushroom pack size generated by 100%.
• Monumental Tower Of The Racing Mind effect: Reduces by 33% the tuition costs at school and universities.
