Most of the following data was copied from the Sinai Country Club's wine flavor map page on 12/6/06. That page is maintained separately and may contain additional data, so check there as well for updates. This was a one-time consolidation of data. These lists should be maintained separately going forward to avoid over-writing any data entered in either of the lists separately. ~Calen
