Chimes are created by treating fine glass rods in an Acoustics Laboratory. There are 100 possible varieties of chimes, each with its own individual tune and two-word designation (e.g. Diving Pheasant, Hovering Owl):

Chime Tuning

Have a Fine Glass Rod in your inventory. Select Play Chimes.

When you first begin working on a chime, the acoustics lab will randomly assign it one of three starting tunes:

Removing the Chime(Fine Glass Rod) will permanently keep it in the last tune made.

The Map is the same as in previous tales, although, as Hekatef noted, the "walls" between tunes are different, and the starting locations are different.

You should also be aware that some of the passes to another tune, can be very diffecult to cross. So keep trying, you should be able to get to all tunes.

The map for T3:

I've not tested all of the walls. My primary goal was to find a route to all tunes. If you can confirm a block, or find any errors, please contact me, or edit the map yourself.
