Well Usage

Thur - Sun Winding Shifts:

Person claims two concurrent winds (a shift).

Before the first wind they stash all the petrol in the well into huge chest and then wind to tension >= 100.

Before the second wind they take 3/4 the petrol from the first wind and then wind to tension >= 100.

New claimant starts from top.

This means:

The process itself is quite simple:

Well should be wound when tension drops to below 20 and not before, this affects the group more on the first wind of a shift.

Please announce the well tension in the Kush Deep Well Guild channel, after each wind, and when you claim the next shift.

/ts turns on timestamps for messages so people can calculate when to visit the well.

Priority for claim of shift goes to a new claimant.

You become a new claimant one shift after yours has passed.

If no one else claims a shift within a reasonable time frame (1hr), the previous shift winder can claim the current shift.

Mon - Wed:

Any shareholder may claim the well for up to 12 hours for their private use in producing petrol, all petrol produced in that time is kept by that person.

Any non shareholder may use the well for up to 12 hours at a cost of 1/2 petrol produced (split between shares), but they require a 5 majority decision.

Example: if 9 shares worth of members are online at the time of the ask, 7 voting yes and 2 voting no the proposal would be
accepted. If 6 voted yes and 3 voted no, then the proposal would be rejected until such time as there are 5 more yes
votes then no votes. -- added by Zuppy
