Raeli Sponsor Program

Sunset Enterprises is pleased to invite you to join our Raeli Sponsor Program, which will help you as a raeli owner make more use of your oven(s) without more 'work'. This program was originally run by MarvL and Seshat it has been adapted slightly from their original idea.

How it works

'Runners' who will be Sunset Enterprise Associates or above will do the 'legwork', for 40% of the tiles they will go to your oven(s), burn the tiles and deposit 50% of tiles in your designated chest, with the remaining 10% going to the Sunset Guilds. You have two options as far as tiles produced are concerned

• You may leave the management of your oven fully up to Sunset and recieve tiles every few weeks of various colours;

OR

• We will contact you to let you know your oven is ready for burning and ask if you have a preference of colour, if no response within a week oven will be burnt with the colour chosen by Sunset. This is to ensure ovens are burnt on a regular basis and you receive a range of colours instead of a large amount of the one colour.
  

Additionally sponsors may also make use of the requested colours column in the oven log below to add colour or colours they want from thier oven(s).

When no colours have been specified the colour burnt will primarily be chosen by the runner burning the tiles however the same colour will not be burnt twice in a row or more than twice in every five burns unless requested or verified by sponsor that s/he does not mind.

Finally you can at anytime withdraw from the raeli program and ownership of the oven will be returned within 2 weeks with no furthur tiles burnt from the date of withdrawl.

Joining the Program

If you wish to sponsor a Raeli Oven that you own, or if you are an elder in the guild that owns the oven, there are two ways to set up an account.

• The easy way (very little of your time is required)
  • Build a huge chest, or assign an existing chest, Public Stash, Public View, Display Chest.
    • Alternately, we'll deliver your tiles to a chest at The Goods or some other tile store.
  • Bramblebrae will join your Guild. Make her an elder for a few days.
  • She will visit your oven, chart it, and transfer ownership to Sunset Enterprises with Associate access.
  • You will be contacted about colour requirements every few weeks and/or tiles will be deposited in your designated chest every few weeks, depending on how you wish us to manage your oven(s).
  • You will be contacted to let you know when tiles have been stashed.
  • Ownership will be transferred back to you at your request.
• The shared way (more of your time is required)
  • Build a huge chest, or assign an existing chest, Public Stash, Public View, Display Chest.
    • Alternately, we'll deliver your tiles to a chest at The Goods or some other tile store.
  • Join Sunset Enterprises.
    • The guildhall is in northern Seven Lakes at 1242, 2231, in the Caldera just past the UThought.
    • Bring a personal chit and stash it in the chest in front of the guildhall.
    • Apply for membership in Sunset Enterprises, and we'll immediately promote you to Associate.
    • You'll now have full access to your oven, and other Sunset Enterprises facilities.
  • When you next visit your oven, flip it to Sunset Enterprises.
    • Note that you must either own the oven outright, or be an elder in the owning guild, in order to transfer ownership.
  • We will visit your oven, chart it, and bump it up to Associate access.
  • You'll retain full access to your oven, but do please let us know if you burn tiles, so we don't waste a trip.
  • You will be contacted about colour requirements every few weeks and/or tiles will be deposited in your designated chest every few weeks, depending on how you wish us to manage your oven(s).
  • You will be contacted to let you know when tiles have been stashed.
  • Ownership will be transferred back to you at your request.

For Associates

Sunset has set up an arrangement with the owners of several Raeli Ovens, whereby Sunset Enterprise Associates (or better) can manage selected ovens for a share of the tiles.

• 50% to the sponsor, delivered to a designated chest
• 40% to the runner
• 10% to Sunset Enterprises

Also ovens which sunset own out right will be split as follows:

• 90% to runner
• 10% to Sunset Enterprises

note: the two ovens belonging to sunset nearest the guild are for full guild use by any sunset guildie and the burner is welcome to all tiles from them, it would be good if burn log here was updated to show date burnt but it isn't absolutely neccessary.

Sponsors will be consultated over which colours they currently need before burning unless they are happy to allow sunset free reign with this. If an oven has requested colour(s) present please only burn these obviously if you have spare of the tile requested burn colours you wish and exchange the colour requested for the sponsor.
Also sponsors can request to exchange there cut for colours we have in stock - please check with sponsor first if they would like to swap the tiles burnt for a different colour before dropping off tiles - ty :)
As per suggestion runners may switch there 90 or 40% cut from colour burnt to colours in stock, remember also anyone can trade for tiles as per tile trade page :)

While you are running around Egypt, please keep your eyes open and let us know about any Raeli Ovens that have more than 20,000 unburned tiles. We'll contact the sponsors, and see if we can broker those ovens.

Runners please before setting out to an oven mark 'runner enroute- burning DD/MM' under runner column to avoid two people heading off to same oven..then update once burnt as described- thanks:)
When you burn tiles, please record the number of tiles, and the game date, in the following table. Chests provided in pottery complex at sunset, please use chests labled, BL drop chest and overflow chest to drop of the 60% for guild and sponsor.
