Facts:
I. The Land of Egypt expands much beyond the small land tract surrounding the Nile.
II. Papyrus can only be grown along the Nile.
III. Many regions have little or no access to grow Papyrus and thus little access to baskets which they desperately need.
Resolution:
Let it be resolved that Egypt has discovered how to make baskets out of other materials, such as straw or dry flax.
NB: Basket material, straw/dry flax, given as an example but may be constructed of whichever materials deemed appropriate by the creators of our good land.
