The Power to the People Act is here to enhance the abilities of our elected Demi-Pharaohs.
A Demi-Pharaoh may issue a "Warning" to any person in Egypt. When a Warning is issued, the person receiving the Warning will have their info sheet permanently show the warning, who warned them, when the warning took place, and any note made by the Demi-Pharaoh. This information will be displayed after the login details and before the guild membership/marriage details of the player info screen. Subject to technical ability, this warning will be displayed in prominant bold yellow.
A Demi-Pharaoh may issue a "Severe Warning", which acts like a "Warning", expect (subject to technical ability), will display the warning in Red. Additionally, a Demi-Pharaoh can also restrict a person with a Severe Warning to several actions, which can be enabled by using a check-box on the warning panel. Each checked option will be displayed in all notifications of the Severe Warning.
- Inability to access any public building
- Inability to access any public chest
- Inability to pick any resource from the floor
- Inability to enter a region (each region to be listed)
- Inability to chat in the Main chat area
- Inability to chat in any Broadcasting channel
- Inability to open a chat window to any person
