Egyptian Sculpture Law (ESL)

Part 1: Once a citizen of Egypt claims their right as an initiate of Art and Music, their sculpture can be torn down by any citizen should the sculpture have 25% more Eyesore votes than Interesting votes.

Part 2: Sculptures are immune to Part 1 and Part 3 if the sculpture is built within a personal or public compound. Only the sculpture owner or the compound owner can tear down the sculpture, regardless of interesting to eyesore vote ratio. [I think I can do this, but I'm not 100% sure. So, say, a 25% chance of a TechVeto on this. -Pharaoh]

Part 3: Any sculpture that was built by a citizen who was banned, exiled or otherwise has non-paid status for more than 2 real life weeks will be able to be torn down immediately unless it has 50% more interesting votes than eyesore votes in which point it cannot be torn down until it falls below the 50% interesting. [For simplicity, I'll use the current definition of "Departed", which can be either 7, 14, 21, or 28 days. If later laws change the definition of "Departed", then part 3 of this act will implicitly change as well. -Pharaoh]

Part 4: A message will be sent to the owner of a sculpture stating the time and citizen name of who tore down their sculpture.

Part 5: Should this law pass but Pharaoh, the Universities or other higher powers deem that any part of this law is unenforceable, then that part will be struck down laving the rest of the law intact.

Part 6: No salvageable material will be gained by the citizen tearing down another person's sculpture.
