Frivolous Ban Pretection Act

Pharaoh,

they can dictate the behavior of other players and,

1)No DP can bring a petition to ballot to ban a player. This is redundant and demonstrates an unwillingness to do the job they were elected to and an attempt to shirk responsibility for the ban

2)Any ban that is balloted and fails will result in the balloter receiving the proposed ban.

3)No proposed ban can be balloted without valid, documented examples of undesirable behavior by the target and any petition that contains general, unsubstantiated allegations will be disregarded outright regardless of the number of signatures. Valid documentation would be Screen Shots of the offense, chat windows that are incriminating, or logs from chat channels or chests. Proof must be posted in the wiki on a page with the same name as the proposed ban. This will prevent any "Popularity Contest" bans where a very popular player could get an unpopular or unknown player banned for no good reason. [Part 3 is stricken as a physicsveto - screenshots are easy to photoshop, and the other methods all put me in the role of an investigator who's role would be to determine what constitutes "undesireable behavior." -Pharaoh]
