Leadership Limitations Act Revisions Take 3
The Leadership Discipline is in serious need of restructuring so we propose the following:
1) After a player has passed The Test of The Demi-Pharaoh, that player is no longer allowed to participate in the Test of The Demi-Pharaoh beyond the first round. If a current DP is voted forward, that DP will not be placed into a group in the next round.
2) After a player has passed the Test of The Covered Cartouche, the player may enter additional rank 2 contests until they exhaust their certificates but may not enter additional rank 1 contests to gain more rank 1 certificates. They may enter Rank 1 but any certificates earned by end in place 1, 2, or 3 will be forfeited.
3) After a player has passed the Test of The Bureaucrat, the player may not join any more Bureacracies and is not eligible to win another Bureacracy.
