In order to keep our lands free of unused and dilapidated equipment, I hereby submit the following law:
Brick racks, Distaffs and Flax Combs built outside of a compound will gain an option to salvage by any citizen on the 7th day after their last use.
Simple Terms: This will allow for actively used equipment to continue without risk and only offer salvage on those items listed above that have been forgotten (outside a compound) for 7 days in a row.
