1. All structures in Egypt shall be usable by any Person. This includes, but is not limited to, compounds, mines, and all manufacturing equipment.
2. All rights originally restricted to the owner of a structure shall be transferred to the public, and those rights may be exercised by any Person. [*]
3. Any Person may take any object from any other Person's inventory at will.
4. This law shall not apply to structures which must remain under the control of one Person for purposes of completing a Test or Principle.
